School Activities Reminder November

  1. The 16th Annual General Meeting and The 17th Inauguration Ceremony and “Cultural Day ” activity on 15th November 2025 (Saturday). For further information, please refer to notice 2025-2026/PTA06.

 

  1. The seasonal influenza vaccination service originally scheduled for October 31, 2025 (Friday) for students of this school has been postponed to November 18, 2025 (Tuesday). Please refer to the notice (2025-2026/C29) and memo for details.

 

  1. We invite K2 and K3 parents to visit our school on 20th November 2025 (Thursday). This will help you to appreciate the progress and work that your child has made. They need to wear the school uniform on that day. Exhibits related to the "Project Learning Exhibition Day" will also be on display on 21st November (Friday) (8:45-12:00 n.n./1:30-4:00 p.m.). Parents are welcome to visit the school. Parents and island residents are welcome to visit the school.

 

Activity Time: K1, K2 & K3 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

K1 and Whole-day class students do not need to return to school in the afternoon.

*If parents of whole-day classes need care for their children, the kindergarten will arrange teachers to take care of the students in the afternoon.

 

  1. The joint school education exchange on 21st November (Friday), no school for all students.

 

  1. The K2 students “Food Angel” activity is on 25th November (Tuesday), For further information, please refer to notice ( 2025-2026/K2-03) and the reminder.

 

  1. November Birthday party will be held on 27th November 2025 (Thursday). Parents can    dress their children in clothing and bring supplies related to the theme. The theme of the November Birthday party is “Hat party”. For further information please refer to notice (2025-2026/C14 ).

Birthday Party schedule: Half-day class (K2 & K3) from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 n.n.

Half-day class (K1) from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Whole-day class (K2 & K3) from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

6.1. The school is inviting birthday student’s parents (November) to take photos of their child together (Birthday month: November). The number of participants should not

    exceed three (including the student).
